APPLICATIONS IN TEXTILES |
|
|
|
IN
OPEN VAT : The material is treated for 20-30 minutes at
room temperature in liquor containing 0.05-0.2%. OBTEX
2B calculated on weight of the material. Its is
advisable to add 5-10gms per litre anhydrous Glaubers
salt recommended for better exhaustion. |
|
ON
JIGGER AND WINCH DYEING MACHINE
The material is treated for about 4 ends on jigger or
20-30 minutes on winch dyeing machine at room
temperature in a bath containing 0.05-0.3% OBTEX 2b. An
addition of 5gms/litre Anhydrous Glauber salt
recommended for bette3r exhaustion. |
|
PADDING
The material is padded with solution of 0.5-4gms per
litre OBTEX 2B at room temperature. The concentration of
solution depends upon the nature of the fabric and
degree of whiteness required. It is advisable to
maintain the level of the solution in the trough of
padding mangle, to avoid tailing effect. |
|
